Blake Derks-Wyatt
After graduating with a Bachelor of Property at the end of 2020 from the University of Auckland, Blake moved back to Christchurch and has had 2 years of experience working as a Sales Consultant for a large property developer buying and selling both residential and commercial real estate. He has property investments in Christchurch and a great understanding of the Canterbury region so loves working with clients looking for property solutions in this great city.
Stephen Hughes
Stephen began his career in Real Estate in 1991 after graduating from Lincoln University with a Commerce degree in Valuation and Property Management. His career has been mainly in the Christchurch commercial real estate market where he has transacted with many local, national and multi national companies and individuals who have employed his services to solve there various property issues. He also has an extensive understanding of the fast growing Central Otago region. Stephen really enjoys working with developers on special projects where his knowledge, analytical skills, straight talking manner and his ability to think outside the square brings successful conclusions to all parties.
